NGL has expanded its focus in the areas of Heavy Civil Construction, Dredging, Professional Services, Disaster Response, and Emergency Management. NGL is an SBA 8(a) certified company. NGL operates as a fully insured and bonded, self-performing contractor, owning contracts with multiple federal, state, and local agencies in the Gulf Region and beyond.
